The order arrived on time. The track was well tracked. The product arrived safely. Corresponds to the description. I liked the slicer. True, I was a bit "stuck" about the "lock" on the lace: couldn't open it... I tried twisting it (thought it was a screw), and tried to "open it" (thought it was magnetic)... but all in vain... I had to ask the seller. The seller is good: immediately contacted, sent photos and explanations. Those who are also confused about the "lock" should keep in mind that it simply snaps into place. You need a VERY strong force to "spread" its ends. But this is even good: the "lock" won't open if you just pull the cord by accident. Satisfied with the purchase. I recommend both the product and the seller.
